great people to work with and a well above average culture

Cons

management/ownership expects you to work all the time - nights weekends ect and without any extra compensation. Compensation is below average for same positions elsewhere

They do have some of the best Engineers in market.

Cons

Management tends to be critical of their employees and quick to finger point. Cliques exist and attempt to protect their own self in terms of securing employment. Readily throw other employees under the bus when not there to defend one self.
