Leadership is abusive to staff, community, and artists. The board is barely at minimum capacity and refuses to do anything about the petitions and hundreds of complains brought against them. I personally suffered health and mental health issues working here and observed some of the most abhorrent behavior I’ve ever witnessed from a manager. This institution should be avoided at all costs. Three is a support group for former employees.
