The interview process is good, and it's an evening job so timing is good for people pursuing job along with education. Salary arrives on time. Good opportunity for young people wanting to earn alongside 1 week of training time given to employee to learn about ways of company and the softwares used.
Cons
No career growth. Increments are promised but always delayed. Bonuses amount is extremely low Toxic culture Advice to consider your overall package well and get a clear understanding before committing
