Pros

Just the insurance is a great one to be silver

Cons

EKFC is full of politics and managers favoritism based on nationality. No real growth is present here and be extra careful cause they don’t put nothing in written and this is a red flag that even HR practice. There isn’t any people culture and if you are more open to talk about the issue you are facing incompany they will punish you. There is an abuse of power here in all the layers and grades so stay away.

Cons

1. Declining Food Quality & Limited Options • Passengers note that meals—especially in economy—often arrive cold, lack variety, and sometimes don’t match the menu shown online, even in business class . • Business-class selections are described as underwhelming, with fewer menu items compared to competitors and a reputation for bland, carb-heavy vegan options . 2. Subpar Special & Vegan Meals • Travelers with specific dietary requests—like gluten‑free or vegan—have reported meals that were served lukewarm or were entirely missing. In one case, a vegan passenger received only yogurt and bread instead of their requested meal . • A vegan diner noted the meal “lacked flavor” and was “very carb-heavy,” while others said pre‑selected meals simply weren’t available . 3. Sparse and Inconsistent Service • Several travelers experienced minimal service: only one meal on long-haul flights, delayed drink offerings, and rushed food service near landing times . • In economy, flight attendants may ignore passenger requests, resulting in long waits for water or snacks; some cabin crew were described as “rude” or disengaged . 4. Health & Hygiene Concerns • Food poisoning reports have emerged: one passenger developed severe symptoms traced back to an onboard breakfast meal, and others experienced similar issues without receiving any official response . 5. Cramped Supplies & Broken Equipment • Broken tray tables, faulty entertainment screens, and other worn fixtures have been pointed out as aggravating factors during meals and throughout the flight . • Some reports claim that snack supplies ran out while crew members were seen enjoying them privately .
