      - Inexperienced leads - Awful management - Inappropriate work relationships across offices - Lots of misconduct from leads, with many using the idea of challenging as a replacement for bullying/ abuses of power - Internal nepotism, if connected or friendly with the CEOs/ higher ups better likelihood to succeed at the company - Unethical practices
