Environment nurture a certain type of character, you need to be a good talker to be able to have your place. Also, they kind of blindly steering or promoting employees. There quite lots of politic involve in high lever of leadership. Entry people do most of the work, leadership mostly just do meeting and take credits so its not a kind environment. They also dont care much about their clients, so bad customer services, and also bad treatment to employees if they can
