Pros

Working with clients was only pro.

Cons

Owner, appears warm and kind, do not be fooled, but is ONLY about bottom line. Working culture is toxic at best. Back stabbing and gossiping is prevalent. Food deliveries are scarce as the company fails to pay bill consistently. The site is severely understaffed, putting clients and staff in constant danger. Clients being accepted are too high risk/ high needs to be there. Anyone thinking of working here needs to consider impact this will have on their licensure, mental well being and overall health.

Pros

None - post needs five word minimum.

Cons

Owner and higher ups only care about billing and will not advocate for their employees. Heavily micromanage day to day tasks. They cut costs that ultimately effect how employees do the job - but then are surprised by this.
