      Pros

      None just don’t bother, I was tricked by their so called growth potential

      Cons

      Minimum wage, horrible growth potential, 0 skills required, won’t help you on your resume, horrible schedule, 0 travel incentives, unprofessional management team, 0 transparency about the company or the job your doing, overall just another un-original pyramid scheme.

      Pros

      Coworkers made it worth it to wake up every day to come into the office, and the office was all nice and clean. That's about as good as it gets.

      Cons

      Due to COVID-19, our team fizzled out. The majority of the team now consisted of mainly new hires. The philosophy there was to replace team members with new hires in hopes to re-establish motivation and hard work. Newsflash, adding new hires will not eliminate the issues the team had. They would soon become unmotivated if you don't solve pre-existing issues.

      They were willing to talk to anyone interested in a position at the company.

      Cons

      Being a recent college graduate in Marketing, I was excited! But when I got the employment "contract" it only has commission as a means of payment. They tell you that there is a base pay, which is completely incorrect, it's 100% commission based.
