Small but hardworking community. Owners are really hands on and push people to do their best to excel. There is lots of opportunity for growth. So much to learn about what they do I never found myself bored.

In my first days at EL they asked me to lie and say I was a floater so the owners could lie and trick the guy into training me while being fired. It was very uncomfortable. They also told me a lot about the other peoples personal stuff and that was uncomfortable. The owner watches through cameras all day then calls you at home to talk for hours about it. She will say say she uses it for you and her but if she sees you talk to anyone she will turn on you quickly. She will act as f you are friends but call others and talk about firing you in front of you. If you've ever wanted to work in 1984 this is the job for you. The turn over is so great at 90 you'll be a senior employee.
