Pros

It's interesting reading some of the reviews on here... some hurt feelings from ex-employees it would appear! I'm not one of them, actually found this place to be a pretty meritocratic shop. Above-market pay and promotions for the people that worked for their keep. The head of the company clearly cared about the success of the business and the people that worked there, and seemed extremely involved in the day-to-day across the company. The engineering leaders were great, maybe the hardest working guys in the company from what I could tell. The company about doubled in size during the time I was there. Growth isn't for everyone, and we know hard work isn't either. I found another job I was excited about elsewhere, but have no problem with any of the folks at [re]. Great group of people that will continue doubling this company every year, I have no doubt.

Cons

I mentioned it above... but hard work ain't for everyone. This job is only for the people that want to contribute. If you don't it's a quick exit. It's a small team, and you learn pretty quickly to get out of your comfort zone. I heard someone say that phrase "baptized in the line of fire" while I was there, and there couldn't be a more accurate statement. Life comes at you fast here... but you can see your impact in the bottom line. I think the has doubled in size every year since it started.
