1. Dishonest CEO who reneges on promises, and justifies it as "executive privilege." How is there any solid ground when the guy running the company can't be taken at his word? How does anything get done when deals are broken because "you're the boss?"
2. An account-driven shop. No creatives in the leadership inner circle. The CEO thinks advertising is about relationships. I think clients are more interested in results.
3. Creative is more a necessary evil than an asset. Management has no understanding of how creative teams work, or their value to advertising agencies.
4. Heavy investment in analytics while laying off the people who make the things to be analyzed.
