Pros

Well air conditioned. Plenty of bathrooms. Direct deposit available. Really great Halloween Parties. If you're a Trump person, you're gonna have an easy go of it here! Very Trump friendly leadership in all departments including creative.

Cons

1. Dishonest CEO who reneges on promises, and justifies it as "executive privilege." How is there any solid ground when the guy running the company can't be taken at his word? How does anything get done when deals are broken because "you're the boss?" 2. An account-driven shop. No creatives in the leadership inner circle. The CEO thinks advertising is about relationships. I think clients are more interested in results. 3. Creative is more a necessary evil than an asset. Management has no understanding of how creative teams work, or their value to advertising agencies. 4. Heavy investment in analytics while laying off the people who make the things to be analyzed.

Pros

- location is beautiful - people are kind, capable and trustworthy - care for employees is tangible - culture is lived out - benefits take care of me and my family - bonuses! - leadership is hardworking and compassionate - random fun things throughout the year - lots of pets we love pets - pay is good and good work gets recognized and rewarded

Cons

- Parking (not too big a deal) - work tends to seep into later times and weekends (not regularly, but could be tough sometimes (This also could just be something I can work on)) I'd ask for overtime, but bonuses feel pretty nice and make it feel worth it! - There is potential to be asked of a lot to do but the outcomes are often worth it. - old building comes with its issues but legacy comes at a cost I guess! Everything is renovated and upgraded every now and then but carpets and blinds are meh
