Receiving a paycheck every two weeks.

I was manipulated during the interview process on work-life balance and the flexibility we would have to work from home. Just for management to complain and push for face-to-face collaboration, Not bad idea, however, there are never times we people within the office are collaborating outside normal sync meetings. We are a small company so, you would expect everyone to work well with one another; However, there is always conversations behind most employees backs, and if you aren't considered a priority on their "role hierarchy" than you get dismissed and disregarded. Most managers here were general employees prior to onboarding with 10 Federal (which is why the pretentiousness is so high in the corporate office)
