Great place to work with - Senior CopyWriter 1702 Digital Employee Review

Nothing. There is absolutely nothing.

They keep hiring people with no experience so that they have to pay less. No learning curve since the “seniors” themselves lack exposure and expertise. Working hours are longer than normal advertising agency and micromanagement is crazy. They ask employees to track down their hourly tasks in google sheet which keeps getting cross checked! The agency started losing rating on Glassdoor so they forced their current employees to write a good review and send screenshots. Worst HR practices too!

Honestly a great place to work at! I got to work on multiple projects at once and all different kinds of projects. Amazing mentoring and teamwork. The office has a very cozy vibe to it and everyone is super friendly. My favourite internship so far!
