Whatever somebody wants to work on personally they actually get the chance to work on and improver upon themselves. There is huge potential for growth, free business as well as sales consulting, and lots of potential for travel. This company takes a mentorship approach for everything so everybody has a leader and somebody to go to for anything. Opportunity to get into management within a year.

The break down of the pay structure even at the beginning of the interview, the pay in general (just above minim wage), very little personal time due to the long work day

The people that worked there were easy to get along with, were there to help, and all had a positive attitude.

It is a Sham Wow sales job, not what you think of when you think marketing and advertising. You're handed a script and then have to repeat what the script says and the hand gestures. It sounds completely staged. They get 2 stars because of the co-workers, zero stars for the actual job. I was also assigned to work during the late afternoon on Easter during the last part of training, selling products in a grocery store with an empty parking lot. Happy to work holidays, but that poor planning if it was planned at all.
