Pros
They are in the compliance driven healthcare space, so somewhat recession proof.
Health benefits are decent.
Remote jobs.
Cons
- Constant shifting of priorities, based on how leadership is feeling that day, or what they read in a blog and sounds cool.
- CEO, CTO, CPO were all recently let go
- A few leaders , and their yes men, make the majority of decisions, often times contrary to any semblance of logic
- HR, if you can call it so, has the most anti employee attitude I have ever witnessed
- No yearly bonuses, pay raises, if you are lucky to get one are insulting, literally 1-2%. Also no 401k match.
- They tout a career ladder, but in reality promotions are based on who the Eng. leadership considers as part of their circle. (From a eng perspective only, not sure about other departments)
- All respected engineers are leaving the company in droves, the churn rate is unbelievable.
