Pros
If you want a chance to work on genuinely cool software for cool clients. this is a great place. The in office perks are great. The bowling tournaments are great way to get to know co workers. Daily lunches were great. Most pet friendly office I have ever seen. Coworkers were pretty great over all. Very loose culture
Cons
Tech upper management was generally unimpressive and was often not straightforward/honest. Dynamics are often cliquey HR is not in the loop. Upper management style was often hectic, key details were withheld on a regular basis. Other benefits are really poor. Healthcare is only decent for a single person, not a family. No 401k match. Booze and Bowling don't really make up for that IMO. Little focus on development best practices, focus is on shipping and nothing else (which is helpful to a point, but still will leave subpar habits on a developer)
