Pros

You will have the privilege of working with some of the most bright, creative, and kind people that you will ever meet. Each challenge is met head on with confidence and every problem is creatively solved. You will stay on the bleeding edge of tech and marketing practices and it will keep you thoroughly excited and challenged. Flexible work hours and benefits provide stability and comfortability within the organization. Every problem is solved as a team, collaboratively. It is always a team matter because the entire team is passionate and involved in the entire business model. Growth is everywhere. If you're a team player, you are recognized, AND rewarded appropriately. The people here are genuine and smart. There hasn't been a better group of people I've worked with than here.

Cons

Work hours can get horrendous which can lead to very high stress. Often people are given too many jobs than they can handle, but this is being worked on as I type this, I'm sure. They tend to let you get away with too much and cause too much trouble within processes and policies without consequence.

Pros

Employees are great. Not a lot of clear direction - one person wants it done one way and another a different way. You feel like you are fighting between mom and dad.

Cons

Communication issues All products need a revamp and also need to plan for growth. They are already 3+ years behind other companies.
