The only thing redeeming about this place is the people who are not in the leadership, nothing else.
Cons
360i is saddled with a toxic environment: it's fraught with internal politics and endless finger-pointing, a forced culture (sorry, the beer tap and swag bag just doesn't cut it), and a management team/executive leadership who can't see beyond themselves and refuse to empower/support any newcomers or change. Expect a level of mistrust and considerable micromanagement from the higher-ups. Lack of accountability and transparency, as well as outright dysfunction and miscommunication between teams, only compounds the overall situation. People are leaving in droves and nothing is being done to control the exodus. 360i also needs to figure out if it's more creative or media, because a majority of the staff have no idea what the agency stands for. Contrary to what they promote to the outside world, it's just a bunch of smoke and mirrors.
