Pros
Perks were good. Unlimited PTO if you're lucky enough to be on a team where you have backup. Good benefits. Pay was slightly above average (depending on your role).
Cons
They say they're all about work/life balance and it's true to a point. But they're also all about helping you dig your grave. There were never enough employees and everyone seemed to work more than 40 hours. Always put the clients first, regardless of if it affected an employee drastically. Always some weird money issues to where people couldn't get more team members?? The parent company rules all - Dentsu just wants to control everything.
