management was terrible all around

3D4medical is an amazing company to work for - and anyone that says any different has not worked for another company. The work is incredibly interesting that will be seen by millions of people with no manager breathing down your neck and putting pressure on you. The have won almost every international award under the sun for innovation and design and management encourage innovation and award it too! I have been there for two and half years and in that time I have had two raises making 30% more than when I joined. The management are quick to see people that add value to the company and give them raises accordingly. There is as much FREE fresh fruit as you can eat and of course coffee and tea etc. The atmosphere is hardworking because most people love what they do - knowing that they are changing the medical world. Every month the company has a ‘get together’ where individuals are invited to present their work and then free pizzas are eaten over a great lunch. The offices are state of the art as is their equipment and computers. Management always have time to listen and encourage employees to bring anything to their attention that can be improved.

The company doesn’t provide health insurance - which is true - but this is not Google or Apple - but remember this is an Irish company that is changing the world and delighted to part of it - not many like this around.
