      Pay and benefits If you have a degree you can move up.

      Cons

      Management. They have lost touch with what matters most-people and only focus on cost per carton. I would never recommend anyone I care for to work in this toxic work environment.

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Cons

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
