Pros
Office is very comfortable. I find my job not to be stressing in a stressful scenario and generally when things go wrong supervisors are not chasing or blaming other employees. Improvements actions are taken regularly so things get better when wrong or defective. Working conditions are good: up to 4/5 days of Home Office. Up to 30 working days working from abroad. 40 hs per week workload.
Cons
Few positions to develop to higher roles. Complex roles and orga-chart make decision making and actions slow paced.
