Constant shift in priorities and a reactionary state, seemed as if things sometimes shifted on a daily basis, creating burnout and chaos. New leaders entering the company with total overhauls in strategy that haven't resulted in much positive and high turnover. Human resources are a revolving door and the executive levels are highly-disorganized
