Based on my observations and discussions within the team, a recurring workplace issue involving a particular individual appeared to be a major contributing factor for several employees deciding to leave. Multiple concerns were raised regarding this issue, but I did not observe meaningful action being taken to address it. * The overall work environment had a negative impact on my well-being. Certain workplace interactions caused considerable stress and anxiety, and despite raising concerns through appropriate channels, I did not feel that the underlying issues were adequately resolved.
