Managers know nothing, therefore, they'll blame you for every mistake, regardless of whether you're new or experienced. 6. UI team managers are the worst, their expertise is below average, and they are only at the firm because of the monopoly. 7. The learning curve is not typical. 8. You can't trust anyone; everyone is out to get you at any time.
