Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are deeply sorry to hear that you felt discriminated against and disrespected during your time with us. Allegations of discrimination, particularly racial bias, are extremely serious. These claims do not reflect the values or standards we uphold at 4Patriots, and we have established processes in place to investigate any such concerns thoroughly and objectively when they are brought forward through the appropriate channels.
As with any business, tough decisions sometimes have to be made in response to operational challenges, and unfortunately, that includes workforce reductions. These decisions are made based on business needs, performance, and organizational priorities—never on personal or discriminatory grounds.
While we cannot discuss individual personnel matters in a public forum, we can say that all employees are evaluated fairly and consistently. Severance decisions are handled in accordance with both internal policy and applicable employment laws.
