      Pros

      Free snacks, nice office, and casual attire.

      Cons

      The money isn't great, mid-level management is poor in almost all departments but UW and sales, incompetency is rampant throughout company. The organization structure is compartmentalized like an assembly line. This means each position is highly specialized and tasks/skills will not transfer over smoothly to other companies in the industry as a result.

      Pros

      I have been in the company for a couple years and I have seen the growth of the company. We have the right people promoted recently into management and our Senior Management has grown to become real leaders. 1. Team Environment - Everyone is willing to help each other out! 2. Great Opportunities for Growth ! 3. Catered Lunch at month End! 4. Team outings on the regular! 5. Great company events where they cater to what we want. 6. Great benefits ! Management is always taking feedback to make sure we have the right coverage.

      Cons

      Tough for anyone who doesn't like to be challenged on a day to day basis.
