Lack of management in all departments, but specifically the closing department. The closing team’s management reflects disrespect, and entitlement. Management in the closing dept. is inefficient and lacks giving the credit when deserved since most of the work is delegated. The Managers never take responsibility for their actions, and choose to express themselves in an unprofessional manner usually what would be compared to “high school drama”. I've never experienced such an unprofessional environment or management. Gossip and throwing people under the bus circulates constantly. The worst part is that many people have gone to the executives of the company and HR to complain and nothing is done about it.

This company requires lots of work internally, it strives to grow in many directions but too fast for its own good. The pros to the company were food and company outings but unfortunately these are all cover ups for all that the company lacks. Its managed poorly by inexperienced employees who have little to none leadership or management history. They allow for harassment, bullying and discrimination to take place with no action ever being taken from the VP's or Human resources. Basic business ethics are missed from when to take lunches, CA labor laws, how to address issues, communication, and more importantly professionalism. I would not recommend working for this employer as its a pretty toxic work environment and the emotional stress is not worth it.
