- Overworked for what you are compensated
- Lack of recognition for performance
- No progression paths within company
- Feedback not taken well when given to seniors
- Micro management, tracking every thing you do even at the bare minimum
- Seniors are not fit for their respective roles, as they do not understand the technical side therefore you cannot communicate time estimates properly.
- Mentioning pay is highly disliked
Speaking with my ex-team, we all seem to have these thoughts. My personal opinion is that if you want to progress your career, this is not the company to do it at.
