Pros

I don't have much to say here

Cons

Micromanagement galore. No feedback ever given to leadership has ever been listened to. Their insurance is a joke. The end year bonus is laughably low (Between $100-$500). A fake and hollow company culture.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that was your experience at 5Q. 5Q offers a full benefits package including medical insurance through an established nationwide provider. Employees can choose a plan that fits their needs including a free (no cost to employee) plan for single employees featuring a $0 monthly premium, $0 deductible, and $0 copay—a benefit we're proud to provide as part of our commitment to employee well-being. As for year-end bonuses, while they are not guaranteed, we strive to give something to all employees as a gesture of appreciation, with the amount typically based on tenure and time with the company. If you received a bonus in the $100–$500 range, it is likely due to being relatively new to the team. We genuinely value employee feedback and always aim to improve. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

flexibility, autonomy, skill exposure, company encourages upskilling, great company early in your career.

Cons

I wouldn’t recommend working here as there is nepotism, and not enough diversity in upper management or upward mobility as promotions are rare. Pay isn’t as competitive with the workload you will put in, common security and technology practices are not taking serious.
