      management leaves a lot to be desired. staff growth has not matched the company growth as it was needing.

      Pros

      flexibility, autonomy, skill exposure, company encourages upskilling, great company early in your career.

      Cons

      I wouldn’t recommend working here as there is nepotism, and not enough diversity in upper management or upward mobility as promotions are rare. Pay isn’t as competitive with the workload you will put in, common security and technology practices are not taking serious.
