They pay well. They make quality parts. They care about everything. Including the customers and employees. Professionalism and respect are a big focus for these guys and if you take care of your company, your company will take care of you. So many people at 5th Axis are genuinely good people and they do theyre best to make you a part of the family. To make you feel at home. Ive lost count of the number of times i have asked for a favor or personal help and they have never once told me no. In fact, they jump to help. Every single time. The owners, Chris, Steve and Michelle are exactly who you want your owners to be. Great leaders lead by example and they have built somthing special. Hr VP, Ana, is the absolute best and she will go above and beyond for this company and the people at it. Consistantly. Hr/receptionist, Carmen, is the best part about about this place! If you deal with this company on any level, youll be lucky enough to meet her and have your day brightened. There are also many leads and supervisors out on the floor that give all they can. Amari, Eli, Shawn and Jose are game changers. Among others. I have parted ways with my company but this will remain the very best place i have ever worked. We have parted ways as friends.

There are one or two bad apples in the bunch. Just like every other company. Stay focused, stay kind, stay busy and youll be just fine.
