One day you get to log off and never see any of these people again. One day, this company will fold.

Cons

The company's model holds people hostage via their credit and financial welfare. The patient doesn't matter, the bottom line does. This company's methodology has been black listed by providers in numerous states because of how much it tries to undercut payment. If you want to struggle at work and receive no support, even when you ask for it, this is the place for you. Diversity, equity, and inclusion is run by and for white people with no mind given to what few minority hires they have. My manager regularly berated POC members of the team for making similar mistakes to white counterparts and HR couldn't be bothered to help.

Growth opportunities exist but may require proactive effort. Given the complexity of healthcare and regulatory requirements, processes can be detailed and sometimes slow-moving, with cross-functional alignment requiring time to ensure workflows are coordinated and operate smoothly across teams.
