Management seems to manage the company on a reactionary basis. So many problems exist that they are only handling the problem of the moment. Work life balance was not part of the job. You were expected to devote yourself to the company. Saw many people working long hours and forgoing vacation and sick time to meet the unrealistic deadlines/goals. Continually short staffed and forced to make due with contractors. In the 2 years I was there I had roughly 10 permanent contractors working on my team of 35.
