You can meet some really interesting people that come into the store during your shift.
Cons
Depending on who is managing the store you work at most management have no interest in empowering you with the time to help you achieve the ability to move up within the company or store. Considering they want to franchise all of its corporate store helping its employee prepare for the what if's would really help with employee retention.
