Pros

There are no good things about this job. It seems positive reviews are fake.

Cons

Low pay, favoritism, poor management, promotes someone with no experience. The manager I "trained" with wouldn't show me how to do anything, was inexperienced. Also there are misleading concepts of what is expected of you . No room for personal growth and the salary wages were low. Lie and intimidate you so you will leave your job and not let you give a two week notice.

Pros

If you want to make money, you can. Just like everywhere else, you have to work for it. Good leadership and a fun environment. Also good places for lunch is a plus

Cons

It is very cold in that office, but nothing a sweater can't fix

Pros

Good place to start your career.

Cons

This is the genuine review from the internal employee. There was always more work to do, more pressure, and somehow never enough support when things got busy. Management expected people to keep pushing no matter how overloaded they already were. Getting a simple answer could turn into a frustrating conversation, and a lot of the time nobody seemed to be on the same page. The gossip and favoritism made the office feel uncomfortable, and it was hard to avoid the drama. One thing that really stood out was how unprofessional things could get. There was way too much focus on who was friends with who instead of who was actually doing a good job. Some people seemed to get away with anything while others were constantly under a microscope. It created a lot of tension and made the workplace feel unfair. Another issue was how uncomfortable some situations became. Basic workplace concerns were often brushed aside, and employees were expected to just deal with whatever was happening. It got to the point where speaking up did not seem worth the effort because nothing really changed. People mostly kept their heads down and counted the days until they could move on. Leaving was one of the easiest decisions I made because the stress just was not worth it.
