Pros

Startup flexibility. Small team. Good idea, albeit borderline ethical, with potential.

Cons

The CEO hires good people and then doesn't let them do their jobs by forcing his terrible ideas upon them. A dictatorial approach that rarely works, in particular when the dictator lacks, by far, brilliance.

No health, life, disability, 401k, nor equity benefits. Lack of clear policies. Inconsistent directives. No career path. Under-qualified management. High turnover

Pros

There are no good things about this job. It seems positive reviews are fake.

Cons

Low pay, favoritism, poor management, promotes someone with no experience. The manager I "trained" with wouldn't show me how to do anything, was inexperienced. Also there are misleading concepts of what is expected of you . No room for personal growth and the salary wages were low. Lie and intimidate you so you will leave your job and not let you give a two week notice.
