      You get out of it what you put into it Endless upward possibilities Great training Some of the best managers and salespeople in the industry Great opportunity for someone with little to no industry knowledge Great incentive to work hard (bonuses)

      Cons

      Not a fit for everyone (clean shave) (expect to work) (responsibility from day one)
