In an interview, Ashneer Grover talked about a company where he dead people were working, It is this company. Once you enter into the office you will realize that only people with some kind of compulsion are working there. 0 motivation for work. Its not a company, its a graveyard for your happiness, career and growth. VP and CEO are in the tussle to sell the company as they are unable to manage the products. Even 'Chitra Gupta' can't tell about future there. I joined last year and was told that company is going through tough time due to which they didn't even celebrate 'Christmas' and 'Republic Day'. There was not even decoration for that. No increment for the current employee but any amount of package for new joinee.
