On Midnights you’re basically just a baby sitter making sure drivers are awake and rolling on time to make appointments, answering text messages and watching for bad weather. Blows my kind that the drivers can’t do load updates on their own tablets that they have to send a text for dispatch to do it. Never saw that before. Salary position means no overtime pay extra hours past 40 are paid at straight time
