Pros
To be honest there is no pros about this job unless you are looking for time pass or in between jobs.
Cons
1. They will short change your salary so please do not accept their offer immediately nego for atleast 60% more please do not trust them, cause for all you know your colleague will be earning more doing the same job. 2. It is a very toxic environment, management will try to manipulate you if they don't get what they want from you. 3. They will trap you about earning from their commission structure truth to be told. There is no potential of earning here. 4. This company not only cheats employee they cheat their client too. 5. They will micromanage to the max to the extend that you are not treated like adults. 6. The company is not doing well they is no stability or security here. 7. All talk no action 8. They expect you to work on Saturday and pay you your normal salary rate not 2 times or 1.5 time more for OT.
