It could be a fantastic place to work, but it isn't. The same five technical department heads are retaining the information, making fun of and blaming others, and there is a lack of contact between departments. won't take any action unless they are in danger of losing clients. Competitive people who do the work is giving up and quitting. It's a bad place to work. Salaries and reviews are always promised, never executed.
