      Great company but poor sales manager - Insurance Sales Agent AAA Northeast Employee Review

      Pros

      Overall AAA is a good company to work for. Benefits are good and compensation is good. Was an amazing place until management was changed as of Jan 1, 2025.

      Cons

      New sales manager is horrible. Micromanager, worried about the wrong things. Never passes down carrier updates. He does not know how to motivate team.

      Pros

      After working 25 years in retail it has been a breath of fresh air to work for a company that truly cares about its employees (at every level). -a true work life balance -amazing benifits (the cost of which have not gone up) -a company that encourages volunteer time (during the week, and pays you to do it)

      Cons

      -after 3 years I still don’t have ANY cons to working for AAA Northeast.
