it's a job you don't have to "take home" after your shift. defined interactions, not ongoing ones. it's a Club so easy to remember the person on the phone is a member of the Club same as you, so can couch interactioin as Us working together to get you through this best we can.
Cons
production atmosphere, as anywhere in America, where a certain framework must be adhered to, and the usual "American Production" curse of always maximizing production, faster, better, more, but good people.

Thank you for sharing your experience and your commitment to the club and to our members.
AAA provides strong opportunities for professional growth, and management is generally supportive of employee development. The team culture is collaborative, and colleagues are willing to help each other succeed.
Cons
The life insurance division is in a growth phase, which can create frequent changes.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We appreciate your flexibility as we continue to grow and refine the club to better support both our team and members.
After working 25 years in retail it has been a breath of fresh air to work for a company that truly cares about its employees (at every level).
-a true work life balance
-amazing benifits (the cost of which have not gone up)
-a company that encourages volunteer time (during the week, and pays you to do it)
Cons
-after 3 years I still don’t have ANY cons to working for AAA Northeast.
