      As a first job, this was a great company to work for with plenty of hands on training, education help, and good entry level pay

      Cons

      The dress code is gendered and totally regressive

      Pros

      After working 25 years in retail it has been a breath of fresh air to work for a company that truly cares about its employees (at every level). -a true work life balance -amazing benifits (the cost of which have not gone up) -a company that encourages volunteer time (during the week, and pays you to do it)

      Cons

      -after 3 years I still don’t have ANY cons to working for AAA Northeast.
