Managers are great. Coworkers make the day fly by. Great travel perks.
Cons
Like any public facing job, people can be difficult sometimes.
Base salary isn’t great for people with many years of work experience. Takes a few years to make decent commissions. Really hard to make top tier commissions, even for seasoned agents.

Cons
The life insurance division is in a growth phase, which can create frequent changes.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We appreciate your flexibility as we continue to grow and refine the club to better support both our team and members.
After working 25 years in retail it has been a breath of fresh air to work for a company that truly cares about its employees (at every level).
-a true work life balance
-amazing benifits (the cost of which have not gone up)
-a company that encourages volunteer time (during the week, and pays you to do it)
Cons
-after 3 years I still don’t have ANY cons to working for AAA Northeast.
