Administration has a very genuine approach to working with employees. No one person feel like they are against you, just generally trying to make sure every part of the operation runs as needed.
I never feel out of the loop when it comes to asking for time off or having a life event such as having children and needing time off.
Expectations are clear and set.
Cons
Some parts of Technology are outdated but with a company 65 years in business some of these items were once state of the art. With a person in my position, I definitely suggest some updates here and there and Admin is very responsive with feedback and some updates to equipment.
