Run do not pass go. - Claims Representative AAA The Auto Club Group Employee Review

Pros

PTO. Plenty of over time. Benefits are not bad.

Cons

They expect their Adjusters to be 100% on the phones taking in bound calls while handling your own diary of claims and being assigned new claims. Mgmts expectations are very high, very hard to maintain. No motivation and moral is very low. Very little or no training. There are really no guidelines to go by.

Pros

Decent coworkers and steady paycheck

Cons

Staffing and support decreases but expectations keep increasing. Relief and weekend teams are removed. Senior adjusters are expected to handle 18+ new claims per week including conducting liability investigations, paying subrogation demands, and handling arbitration responses all while sitting in a queue all day long like a call center representative.
