Pros

Benefits are ok, their health insurance sucks though, I think the only pro is work from home.

Cons

The company will hire 100 people at once and does not have enough resources to properly train everybody. It's very unorganized, there is so much lack of communication, they will have you start taking calls for other departments and not even tell you in advance. The call volume is insane, pay is very low. Employees are not happy there no matter what they tell you they are one toxic "FAMILY"

Pros

Decent coworkers and steady paycheck

Cons

Staffing and support decreases but expectations keep increasing. Relief and weekend teams are removed. Senior adjusters are expected to handle 18+ new claims per week including conducting liability investigations, paying subrogation demands, and handling arbitration responses all while sitting in a queue all day long like a call center representative.
