      -Great time off -Awesome benefits package -7.5 hour work days -Hybrid schedule -Winter break

      Cons

      -no room for growth -accounting team is incompetent -HR will listen to your complaints but never do anything about it -certain people have obvious favoritism displayed towards them -will put you on a PIP with no prior warnings -layoffs every year

      Pros

      Great benefits, leadership, location and work environment. Hybrid schedule but office is available should you want or need to be in on different days.

      Cons

      No organization is perfect, but AACSB is as close to perfect as you will find.

      Great benefits, collegial environment among peers, and being part of an industry leader is definitely a plus.

      Cons

      Strategic decisions are increasingly made in top-down fashion, with no consultation of those affected by those decisions regarding potential consequences. No loyalty to even long-term dedicated employees. Cliquish executive team.
